Description
TOYO wire rope hoist MD-2 is a compact sized of lifting equiment which can be mounted on single beam, bridge, gantry or arm cranes. With slight modification, it can be used as a winch.
It is widely used in factories, mines, harbors, warehouse, cargo storage and shops. Great improving working efficiency and reduce the labour working risk.
MD1 provides two different speeds, normal speed and low speed. At the low speed, it provides precise loading and unloading.
Features :
- The standard lifting height are 6meter, 9meter, 12meter, 18meter, 24meter, 30meter and 36meter.
- Adjustable lifting speed for low and high with built-in frequency inverter
- Suitable for low headroom either H-type rail pattern or I-type rail pattern.
- Recommended rope reeving are 2/1, 4/2 or 4/1.
- The normal travelling speed is 20m/min, and 12.5, 16, 25, 32m/min by request.
- The standard rail distance of the double-girder hoist is 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2100mm and 2300mm.
- Comes with wireless pendant controller
